How to Apply for NSUAF Membership

Ready to join our athletic community? Applying for NSUAF membership is simple:

  1. Complete the form with your personal information 

  2. Select your membership tier that best fits your goals and donation level

  3. Submit your application - we'll review it within 5-7 business days and get back to you with any questions

  4. Welcome aboard! Once approved, you'll receive your membership confirmation and access to all foundation benefits related to your membership tier.
