About the event
We are delighted to announce the 5th Annual Spartan Golf Tournament, proudly presented by our title sponsor, Chartway Credit Union. This event is a collaboration between Norfolk State University's Athletics Foundation and the Department of Athletics to support student athletes. It will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Bide-A-Wee Golf Course in Portsmouth, VA. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. A continental breakfast will be available starting at 8 a.m., followed by lunch and an awards ceremony.
